崗位職責(通用)
部門基礎工作支持協助各部門正式員工完成日常運營任務(如前臺接待、客房清潔、餐飲服務、廚房食材準備等)。
廚房實習生需特別協助廚師團隊進行食材處理、廚具清潔、菜品裝盤等基礎工作,遵守食品安全規范。
賓客服務協助以熱情專業的態度協助接待賓客,提供信息咨詢、指引等服務,提升賓客體驗。學習與反饋主動學習崗位知識與技能,參與酒店組織的培訓及實操演練。及時反饋工作中發現的問題,協助優化流程。合規與團隊協作遵守酒店規章制度及萬豪品牌標準,確保服務質量與安全。與團隊成員密切配合,共同完成部門目標。崗位要求
學歷與專業在校大專及以上學歷,酒店管理、旅游管理、烹飪餐飲、市場營銷等相關專業優先。
非相關專業但對酒店行業有強烈興趣者亦可申請。
能力與態度溝通能力良好,普通話流利(英語或潮汕話能力者優先)。工作積極主動,有責任心,具備良好的團隊合作精神與抗壓能力。廚房崗位需持有健康證(或入職前可辦理),對烹飪有興趣,能適應廚房高強度工作環境。時間要求每周可實習3-5 天,需連續實習6 個月及以上(長期實習優先)。能適應輪班制(含早班、晚班、節假日值班)。我們期待這樣的你

Job Responsibilities (General)
Departmental Operational SupportAssist full-time staff with daily operations (e.g., front desk reception, housekeeping, food & beverage service, kitchen ingredient preparation).
Kitchen interns: Specifically assist the culinary team with ingredient processing, kitchenware cleaning, dish plating, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Guest Service AssistanceAssist in receiving guests with a warm and professional attitude, providing information consultation, guidance, and enhancing the guest experience.Learning and FeedbackProactively learn job-related knowledge and skills, and participate in hotel-organized training and practical drills.Timely report issues identified in daily work and assist in optimizing procedures.Compliance and Team CollaborationAdhere to hotel regulations and Marriott brand standards to ensure service quality and safety.Collaborate closely with team members to achieve departmental goals.Job Requirements
Education and MajorCurrently enrolled in a college or university (junior college or above), with majors in hotel management, tourism management, culinary arts, marketing, etc., preferred.
Non-related majors are welcome if they demonstrate a strong interest in the hospitality industry.
Skills and AttitudeGood communication skills, fluent in Mandarin (English or Chaoshan dialect proficiency is a plus).Proactive, responsible, and possess strong teamwork and stress-management abilities.Kitchen positions require a health certificate (or ability to obtain one before employment), interest in cooking, and ability to adapt to high-intensity kitchen environments.Time CommitmentAvailable to intern?3-5 days per week?for?at least 6 consecutive months?(long-term internships preferred).Able to work rotating shifts (including morning, evening, and holiday shifts).We’re Looking For Someone Who
