·?To have a fullworking knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate allduties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.?
具有豐富的工作知識(shí)和管理能力,在工作區(qū)域根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)準(zhǔn)確地完成工作職責(zé)和任務(wù)及起表率作用。
·?To be entirelyflexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food& Beverage Division or any other Departments of the hotel as assigned.
在其他的餐飲部門或者是酒店的其他部門,盡可能地靈活地去適應(yīng)所分派的工作。
·?To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned toanother Department.
當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)去或分派到其他部門工作,需按照此部門的任務(wù)列表細(xì)致地完成工作任務(wù)。
·??To be fully conversant with all services and facilitiesoffered by the Hotel.
熟悉酒店所提供的服務(wù)和設(shè)施。
·??To perform opening and closing procedures established forthe Place of Work as assigned.

·??Toensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organizedat all times.
保證工作地點(diǎn)和周邊環(huán)境清潔整齊。
·?Tosupervise general cleaning duties as assigned by the Managers – the outlet /Stewarding according to the standards established in the Department OperationsManual.
在部門營(yíng)運(yùn)時(shí)間根據(jù)餐廳及管事部經(jīng)理指示有能力管理完成總的清潔任務(wù)。
·?Tosupervise the cleaning and washing of dishes according to the establishedperformance standards.
根據(jù)專業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)負(fù)責(zé)管理清潔和清洗碗碟。
·??Tosupervise cleaning and washing of pots, pans and other kitchen utensilsaccording to performance standards.
根據(jù)專業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)負(fù)責(zé)管理清潔和清洗煲,鍋和其它廚房用具。
·?Tohandle operating equipment and kitchen equipment with care in order to reduceminimum breakages.
處理并將營(yíng)運(yùn)用具和廚房用具的破損率減到最小。
·?Tosupervise scheduled garbage runs.

·?Tostrictly adhere to the opening and closing procedures established for thedepartment.

·??Tohave a through understanding and knowledge of all cleaning procedures, use ofdishwashing machines and the type of chemicals to be used.

RequiredQualifications?任職要求:
1.??Working experience in hotel industry.

2.??Possess initiative and willing to takeon extra responsibilities when required.

3.??Line operations management and laborrelated experience preferred.

4.??Experiencein similar capacity with international chain hotels.
