1. 團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與管理:
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、指導(dǎo)和管理團(tuán)隊(duì),指導(dǎo)他們掌握最佳實(shí)踐、提升技術(shù)技能并促進(jìn)職業(yè)發(fā)展。
在開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)中營(yíng)造協(xié)作、高效的文化氛圍。
提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo),確保遵循開(kāi)發(fā)流程和編碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
定期進(jìn)行績(jī)效評(píng)估,設(shè)定清晰的目標(biāo),并為團(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供反饋和指導(dǎo)。

任職要求:
1. 教育背景:要求本科及以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)、軟件工程、人工智能等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):要求有5年以上的軟件開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),并且有2年以上的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. 團(tuán)隊(duì)管理:能夠帶領(lǐng)和管理研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì),對(duì)研發(fā)進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行把控,協(xié)調(diào)前后端開(kāi)發(fā)工作,解決項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)中的技術(shù)問(wèn)題。
4. 溝通能力:與客戶、團(tuán)隊(duì)成員保持良好的溝通,確保項(xiàng)目順利進(jìn)行,提升用戶滿意度。
5. 其他技能:熟悉軟件開(kāi)發(fā)流程和項(xiàng)目管理規(guī)范,具備需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、代碼優(yōu)化等能力,能夠編寫(xiě)高質(zhì)量的技術(shù)文檔。
Software Development Manager
Shiji Group is recruiting a Software Development Manager, based in Hangzhou with experience working in a global organization, and working with counterparts abroad.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, following all global protocol for development standards, security and deployment. Acting as a conduit between the global and China development teams.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage teams,guiding them in best practices, technical skills, and career development.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the development team.
Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to development processes and coding standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide feedback and coaching for team members.
2.?Project Management & Delivery:
Oversee the planning, design,and execution of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues or roadblocks.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources.
3.?Technical Strategy & Innovation:
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes and solutions.
Drive technical innovation,ensuring the development team adopts modern software practices and tools.
Participate and collaborate with the Architects in architectural decision-making and provide input ondesign and system improvements.
