1.在每日運(yùn)營(yíng)例會(huì)中積極主動(dòng)分析自己的想法、觀點(diǎn)和建議。
Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in daily shift briefings.
2.保證冷庫(kù)中所有物品遵守先進(jìn)先出原則,以最大化減少浪費(fèi)和損壞。
Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage / spoilage.
3.確保庫(kù)存申請(qǐng)單準(zhǔn)確記錄。
Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate.
4.確保所有工作區(qū)域、器皿和設(shè)備的干凈及維護(hù)。
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
5.遵守廚房政策、流程和服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
6.在處理食物和飲品時(shí)遵守所有安全衛(wèi)生政策。
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
7.需要時(shí)參加培訓(xùn)課程和會(huì)議。
Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
8.執(zhí)行分派的任何合理任務(wù)和額外職責(zé)。
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
任職要求 Qualifications
1.要求在廚房烹飪領(lǐng)域有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),如在烹飪學(xué)科有學(xué)位證書(shū)更佳。
Previous experience in the culinary field required or Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline.
