您的職責(zé)是在遵循凱悅酒店集團(tuán)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略及品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前提下,保持所在部門的高效營(yíng)運(yùn),并滿足員工、客人及酒店業(yè)主的期望。 通過適當(dāng)?shù)匿N售和營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃確定酒店在當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)中的定位,并確保酒店產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)同營(yíng)銷企劃所創(chuàng)建的定位及品牌承諾相一致。

Operational
?確保具有營(yíng)銷員的態(tài)度,抓住酒店內(nèi)的一切銷售機(jī)會(huì)。
Ensures a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the Hotel.
? 確保具有高水準(zhǔn)的酒店產(chǎn)品知識(shí)。
Ensures a high level of product knowledge of hotel.
? 確保將來自任何客人或其他部門的反饋及時(shí)并準(zhǔn)確地匯報(bào)給副理。
Ensures the Team Leader/ Assistant Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers or other departments.
? 遵守酒店有關(guān)客房部的政策及程序。
Complies with the Hotel Policies & Procedures relating to Housekeeping Department.
? 遵守房務(wù)部制定的系統(tǒng)及程序。
Complies with all systems and procedures as laid down by Rooms Division.
? 履行清潔及服務(wù)公共區(qū)的日常職責(zé),確保公共區(qū)的清潔達(dá)到凱悅品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Performs routine duties in the cleaning public areas, ensuring the cleanliness meet Hyatt brand standards.
? 清潔并擦亮燈具及大理石面。
Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces.
? 清潔客房、走道、大堂、酒廊、衛(wèi)生間、電梯、樓梯、更衣室及其它工作區(qū)域。
Cleans rooms, hallways, Lobby, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
? 清潔酒店外部道路。
Scrubs outside pavement areas.
? 打掃、擦洗、上蠟及拋光地面。
Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.
? 清潔毛毯、地毯、布藝家具及窗簾。
Cleans and shampoos rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
? 為家具及設(shè)備吸塵;擦亮金屬制品。
Dusts furniture and equipment.
Polishes metalwork.
? 清洗墻壁、頂板及木制裝飾;清洗窗戶、門板及門/窗框。
Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
? 清空垃圾桶及清潔煙灰缸。
Empties and cleans wastebaskets and ashtrays.
? 將垃圾運(yùn)到垃圾處理區(qū)域。
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
? 補(bǔ)充浴室用品。
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
? 履行清潔及服務(wù)公共區(qū)域的日常職責(zé)。
Performs routine duties in the cleaning and servicing of public areas.
? 保持后場(chǎng)辦公區(qū)的整潔。
Maintains cleanliness of back office areas.
? 報(bào)告所有遺失及損壞的酒店財(cái)產(chǎn)。
Reports missing and damaged hotel property.
? 依照酒店的“失物招領(lǐng)”程序,報(bào)告并上交“失物招領(lǐng)”物品。
Reports and turns in all Lost & Found items as per Hotel “Lost and Found” procedure.
? 清理并維護(hù)所有用品、設(shè)備及儲(chǔ)藏室的整潔。
Cleans and maintains all supplies, equipment and storage rooms.
? 迅速回應(yīng)并報(bào)告客人的需求。
Responds and reports promptly to all guest inquiries and/ or requests.
? 清潔并維護(hù)大堂、衛(wèi)生間、走廊及辦公室的清潔。++
Cleans and maintains all Lobby, restrooms and corridors and offices.
? 為地毯吸塵并清空煙灰缸及金屬容器。
Vacuums carpets & empties ashtrays and urns.
? 清潔鏡面及窗戶。
Cleans mirrors and windows.
? 需要時(shí)搬動(dòng)家具、固定裝置及設(shè)備。
Moves furniture, fixtures and equipment when needed.
? 為酒店內(nèi)外的植物澆水及養(yǎng)護(hù)。
Waters and maintains all plants inside and outside the Hotel.
