【崗位職責】Responsibilities
1.Assist the Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and to help maintain a high Standard of food preparation and presentation.
?協助廚師長/副廚師長管理廚房的正常運作,保證出品的高質量 。
2.Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the pastry kitchen, storage, fridge’s and freezers.
?確保正確安全的使用餅房所有裝備、機器和工具,, 保持廚房、冷庫等地方高標準的清潔與衛生。
3.Presentation and storage of pastries, cakes, hot & cold desserts, and yeast goods.
?推出餅干、蛋糕、 冷 熱甜品。
4.The preparation and storage of pastry for Buffets.
?準備、 儲存自助餐西點食品。
5.Clean and maintain pastry kitchen equipment and premises.
?清潔并保養西點設備及餅房工作區域。
【職位要求】Job Specs
1.At least 2- 3 years experience in 5 Star Hotel.
?至少有2 -3年在五星級酒店的工作經驗。
2.Good Knowledge of Pastry and Bakery techniques and skills.
?良好的餅房和面包房的技術和技能;
