· Assists the Learning & Development Manager develop training policies and procedures.

· Finish grooming, telephone manner, hotel product knowledge, greeting and department training spot check and report to L&D manager to maintain hotel Ambassador meet hotel standard.

· Assist to Buddy Program conducted in hotel and complete the monthly interview and report to L&D manager.

· Manage monitor the usage of the training aids, daily inspection and distribution of training rooms, be sure that they are in good order, with the desired room set-up and training aids as required.
管理培訓輔助設備的使用,每日合理分配培訓教室的使用,并確保培訓教室的整潔,設備安放到位。
· Monitors training for new Ambassadors, keeps records and reports to the Learning & Development Manager weekly.

· Monitor present and future training trends, practices and system that are beneficial for hotel Ambassador and recommends to the Learning & Development Manager for implementation.
注意培訓發展趨勢,向培訓部經理建議并作相應的調整,從而提高酒店大使素質。
· Assists Learning & Development Manager to implement and monitor Ambassador relations and motivation through the training program in the hotel.
