Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
? 以禮貌高效的服務(wù)處理來(lái)自酒店外部的客人和我們酒店的客人的投訴,同時(shí)對(duì)問(wèn)題的解決要跟進(jìn),并且詢問(wèn)客人的滿意度。
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
? 團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,主動(dòng)靈活待客,顧客至上,酒店的大局為重。
Works closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

? 正確使用洗碗機(jī)清潔盤(pán),杯,碟子,銀具,玻璃杯等。減少破損。
Operates an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes. Damage reduction
? 確保垃圾被及時(shí)清理,并確保清運(yùn)過(guò)程中不撒漏。
Ensure that the garbage is cleaned up in a timely manner, and ensure that no leakage during the cleaning process.
? 負(fù)責(zé)餐具、廚具的接收,分類(lèi),清洗和擺放的工作。
Responsible for receiving, sorting, cleaning and placing tableware and kitchenware.
? 清理廚房的地板。
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
? 清洗工作臺(tái),水池,墻面,天花板,通風(fēng)口,冰箱和模具。
Washes worktables, sinks, walls, ceiling, air vents, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
? 清洗污水管道和濾油口。
Cleans and washes floor and gutter drains and grease traps.
? 及時(shí)將垃圾送入指定的容器中。
Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
? 協(xié)助進(jìn)行每月對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)設(shè)備及營(yíng)業(yè)用品的盤(pán)點(diǎn)。
Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies.
? 每日向當(dāng)班的管事部領(lǐng)班匯報(bào)工作,并接受任務(wù)。
Reports daily to the Team Leader - Stewarding on duty and receives assignments.
? 向管事部經(jīng)理/領(lǐng)班報(bào)告所有困難或問(wèn)題,以進(jìn)行解決和跟辦。
Report all difficulties or problems to the stewarding Manager/ Team Leader for resolution and
follow-up.

Other Duties
? 熟悉并嚴(yán)格遵守員工手冊(cè)中的規(guī)章制度,及酒店關(guān)于防火、衛(wèi)生、健康和安全的制度。
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
? 保證高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的個(gè)人儀表。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
? 根據(jù)酒店、行業(yè)和公司的指引,回應(yīng)需求、改變,執(zhí)行任何合理的任務(wù)及額外職責(zé)。
Responds to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
? 在任何時(shí)間表現(xiàn)負(fù)責(zé)的管理和行為,并以積極的形象代表酒店的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)和國(guó)際凱悅。
Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel and Hyatt International.
? 根據(jù)安排出席酒店和部門(mén)的培訓(xùn)以提高技能和知識(shí)。
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
? 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行額外的合理的任務(wù)和職責(zé)。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
