Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.

Operates an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes. Damage reduction
? 確保垃圾被及時清理,并確保清運過程中不撒漏。
Ensure that the garbage is cleaned up in a timely manner, and ensure that no leakage during the cleaning process.
? 負責餐具、廚具的接收,分類,清洗和擺放的工作。
Responsible for receiving, sorting, cleaning and placing tableware and kitchenware.
? 清理廚房的地板。
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
? 清洗工作臺,水池,墻面,天花板,通風口,冰箱和模具。
Washes worktables, sinks, walls, ceiling, air vents, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
? 清洗污水管道和濾油口。
Cleans and washes floor and gutter drains and grease traps.
? 及時將垃圾送入指定的容器中。
Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
? 協助進行每月對運營設備及營業用品的盤點。
Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies.
? 每日向當班的管事部領班匯報工作,并接受任務。
Reports daily to the Team Leader - Stewarding on duty and receives assignments.
? 向管事部經理/領班報告所有困難或問題,以進行解決和跟辦。
Report all difficulties or problems to the stewarding Manager/ Team Leader for resolution and
follow-up.

Other Duties
? 熟悉并嚴格遵守員工手冊中的規章制度,及酒店關于防火、衛生、健康和安全的制度。
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
? 保證高標準的個人儀表。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
? 根據酒店、行業和公司的指引,回應需求、改變,執行任何合理的任務及額外職責。
Responds to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
? 在任何時間表現負責的管理和行為,并以積極的形象代表酒店的管理團隊和國際凱悅。
Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel and Hyatt International.
? 根據安排出席酒店和部門的培訓以提高技能和知識。
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
