崗位職責(zé):
1. To guide the Hotel Executive Team in developing integrated solutions that enables the hotel to leverage increased profitability via Business Intelligence and Revenue Management practices, focusing on revenue engineering for the all profit centers of the hotel such as Rooms, Catering, F&B or Spa.
通過對(duì)市場(chǎng)的精準(zhǔn)分析及收益管理策略的實(shí)施,致力于所有創(chuàng)收部門的收益管理,如房務(wù)部,宴會(huì)部,餐飲部及水療中心,為酒店行政委員提供整體的解決方案,以實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)最大化。
2. To assist all the revenue departments in maximizing revenue and yield through business trend analysis, highlighting areas of opportunity and ensuring delivery and maintenance of optimum data mining, revenue management, pricing and distribution strategies on an ongoing basis.
協(xié)助酒店各個(gè)創(chuàng)收部門,通過對(duì)市場(chǎng)需求的分析及預(yù)測(cè),致力于有潛力和空間的部分,確保數(shù)據(jù)信息的優(yōu)化和維護(hù),持續(xù)性的價(jià)格,分銷渠道及收益管理策略。
3. To analyses the current revenue generation trends of the hotel in order to identify critical areas for revenue generating strategies whilst optimizing long-term profitability.
對(duì)酒店當(dāng)前收入狀況及趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行精準(zhǔn)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)并致力于有挑戰(zhàn)的部分制定相應(yīng)創(chuàng)收策略,同時(shí)優(yōu)化長(zhǎng)期利潤(rùn)率。
4. To monitor and provide feedback on the hotel’s effective use of hotel systems and tools, procedures in areas of business intelligence, revenue management, inventory management and dynamic pricing to maximize brand and hotel’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.
針對(duì)酒店系統(tǒng)及工具的有效運(yùn)用,商業(yè)及市場(chǎng)訊息的獲取流程,可賣房及價(jià)格策略進(jìn)行有效監(jiān)管,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并反饋意見,以確保品牌及酒店在市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
5. Liaise with Director of Sales & Marketing to conduct and formulate Annual Business Plan and Marketing Plan.
與市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷及推廣總監(jiān)一起制定年度收入預(yù)算及銷售推廣策略。
6. To conduct Weekly Yield / Revenue Meeting, presenting the forecast and upcoming revenue management tactics and challenges to Hotel Executive Team and related departments.
主持每周的收益會(huì)議,與酒店行政委員及相關(guān)部門分享未來的收入預(yù)測(cè)及收益管理策略。
7. To prepare rooms occupancy and average rate forecast through the use of Business Intelligence and Revenue Management applications. To provide strategic consultation on effective revenue generating processes through room inventory and rate control, pricing and distribution management.
通過市場(chǎng)分析及收益管理軟件的應(yīng)用,對(duì)入住率及平均房?jī)r(jià)做出精準(zhǔn)預(yù)測(cè),并制定出有效的收益最大化策略,如可賣房銷售管理,價(jià)格管理及分銷渠道管理。
8. To ensure optimal inventory controls are in place for FIT / Group and for the hotel as a whole.
確保最優(yōu)化的散客及團(tuán)隊(duì)市場(chǎng)可賣房配比和管理。
9. To monitor and constantly adapt pricing tactics in the context of competitor strategies and market fluctuations.
通過對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)群酒店價(jià)格策略及市場(chǎng)變化的精準(zhǔn)分析和預(yù)測(cè),制定相應(yīng)的價(jià)格策略。
任職資格:
1. Working Experience: Preferable 3 years or above related experience in revenue management environment and excellent leadership skills with 2 years’ management level preferred. Must have a track record of effective and successful management.
工作經(jīng)歷:具備至少3年或3年以上酒店收益管理相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和卓越的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,具2年的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。須具有良好管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的相關(guān)紀(jì)錄。
2. Educational Level: University Degree preferred. Graduate in hotel management studies or equivalent.
學(xué)歷要求:大學(xué)學(xué)歷者優(yōu)先,選修酒店管理專業(yè)或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
3. Language Skill: Must be able to speak and write English and Chinese (Speak Mandarin).
語言技能:具中英文的書寫能力及操流利英語及普通話。
4. Customer interaction: Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
客戶溝通:具良好的顧客服務(wù)、人際關(guān)系和溝通技巧,有效地處理跟商業(yè)伙伴的聯(lián)系,擁有專業(yè)整潔的儀容儀表。
5. Team Work: Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Team building and problem solving skills are required. Must be able to implement departmental procedures in accordance with Hotel’s mission statement.
