【崗位職責】
1、準備所有的配料并制作各種面包、面包卷、西點等食品;
Prepare all ingredients and make various foods such as bread, bread rolls, and western pastries.
2、確保有足量的面包供應。
Ensure an adequate supply of bread.
3、負責操作間的日常衛生、工具清潔及收藏;
Be responsible for the daily hygiene of the operation room, cleaning and storing tools.
4、負責工作結束后的原料收藏、工具清潔、環境衛生的清潔、能源的關閉;
Be responsible for storing raw materials, cleaning tools, cleaning the environmental hygiene, and turning off energy sources after work.
【崗位要求】
1、熟悉面包西餅等的制作工藝及技能;
Familiar with the production processes and skills of bread, pastries, etc.
2、熟悉西餐的相關知識及禮儀;
Familiar with relevant knowledge and etiquette of Western cuisine.
3、有星級酒店或西餐廳從事面包西餅制作工作經驗優先。
Priority will be given to those with work experience in making bread and pastries in star-rated hotels or Western restaurants.
