1. Ensure the hotel’s product and service meet the demands.
2. Ensure the normal operation of the Chinese? kitchen .
3. Ensure that employees are educated and discover seasonal and new products on the market.
4. To maintain harmony among all employees in a fair and impartial way
1、充分了解市場(chǎng)需求和趨勢(shì),確保中廚炒鍋的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)的需求
2、 確保中廚炒鍋的日常運(yùn)作
3、確保部門(mén)員工得到培訓(xùn)并充分挖掘市場(chǎng)的季節(jié)性產(chǎn)品及新產(chǎn)品
4、平等公正地對(duì)待員工,保持所有廚房的同事之間的和諧氣氛。
We are looking for someone who:

1. Has rich food and beverage expertise.
2. Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.
3. Have the ability and motivation to create new dishes and establish effective standards for all food production and presentation.
4. Has good command of English and is a good communicator
5. Has strong organization skills and effective influence.
