As a Service Leader – Chinese Kitchen , we rely on you to
作為一名中廚主管-炒鍋,你的主要工作職責(zé)為:
1.?Ensure that staff follow the hygiene and sanitation procedures when handling food / equipment / utensils
2.?Ensure food portioning, serving, requisitions / receiving from stores are properly controlled
3.?To constantly be alert on freshness, presentations and temperature of food served
4.?Ensure smooth and effective communication among the kitchens and with other departments
1、確保員工在操作食品/設(shè)備/工具的過程中遵守衛(wèi)生程序
2、確保正確地控制食品的份量,服務(wù),以及從庫房申領(lǐng)貨物
3、經(jīng)常關(guān)注為客人所提供的食品的新鮮度,外觀和溫度
4、確保廚房員工和其他部門員工之間的交流暢通而有效
