【工作職責(zé)】
協(xié)助經(jīng)理確保前廳部正常和高效的運(yùn)作。禮貌并有效地處理客人和員工的詢問(wèn),對(duì)于無(wú)法立即處理的投訴和提出的問(wèn)題,應(yīng)匯報(bào)上級(jí),并迅速跟進(jìn)及時(shí)反饋結(jié)果。保持與顧客和同事之間良好的合作關(guān)系。
【任職要求】
1. 精通電腦操作和前臺(tái)系統(tǒng),具備較強(qiáng)的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力和對(duì)客服務(wù)技巧
2. 擁有良好的溝通交流和人際協(xié)調(diào)能力
3. 保持高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的個(gè)人形象和儀容儀表
4. 能適應(yīng)靈活的班次
5. 具有良好的賓客服務(wù)意識(shí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神
6. 至少一年以上同崗工作經(jīng)歷

【Job Responsibilities】
To assist the Manager with the smooth and efficient running of FrontOffice Department within the Rooms Division.Handles guest and associate enquiriesin a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if noimmediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up. Maintainspositive guest and colleague.
【Job Requirements】
1. Proficient in computer operation and front desk system, withstrong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and customerservice skills
2. Have good communication and interpersonal coordination skills
3. Maintain high standards of personal image and grooming
4. Able to adapt to flexible shifts
5. Have a good sense of guest service and teamwork spirit
6. At least one year of work experience in the same position
