【工作職責】
協助經理確保前廳部正常和高效的運作。禮貌并有效地處理客人和員工的詢問,對于無法立即處理的投訴和提出的問題,應匯報上級,并迅速跟進及時反饋結果。保持與顧客和同事之間良好的合作關系。
【任職要求】
1. 精通電腦操作和前臺系統,具備較強的英文聽說讀寫能力和對客服務技巧
2. 擁有良好的溝通交流和人際協調能力
3. 保持高標準的個人形象和儀容儀表
4. 能適應靈活的班次
5. 具有良好的賓客服務意識和團隊協作精神
6. 至少一年以上同崗工作經歷

【Job Responsibilities】
To assist the Manager with the smooth and efficient running of FrontOffice Department within the Rooms Division.Handles guest and associate enquiriesin a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if noimmediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up. Maintainspositive guest and colleague.
【Job Requirements】
1. Proficient in computer operation and front desk system, withstrong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and customerservice skills
2. Have good communication and interpersonal coordination skills
3. Maintain high standards of personal image and grooming
4. Able to adapt to flexible shifts
5. Have a good sense of guest service and teamwork spirit
6. At least one year of work experience in the same position
