Duties & Responsibilities崗位職責(zé):
1.?When on duty, the Security Guards shall adopt the “Service Oriented” approach in discharging of its duties in order to function harmoniously with the concept of the Hotel as a place of hospitality.
當(dāng)班時(shí),保安員須以“服務(wù)為導(dǎo)向”營(yíng)造和諧、熱情好客的氛圍。
2.?Perform duties according to the Duty Roster prepared by deartment.
根據(jù)部門排班履行相應(yīng)工作職責(zé)。
3.?To protect the safety of guests, colleagues, their properties and those belonging to the Hotel.
保護(hù)酒店客人、同事及酒店財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。
4.?Monitoring any undesirable elements to ensure that they do not harass, harm or embarrass the hotel guests.
對(duì)可疑人物和事物要有高度警覺(jué)性,保障酒店客人不受侵害和滋擾。
5.?Conducting regular and periodical checks and taking immediate follow-up action to rectify faults, damage, etc.
進(jìn)行日常巡查和周期性檢查,并對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行跟進(jìn)。
6.?Other duties as may be required of him by the Superior from time to time
上級(jí)指派的其它任務(wù)。
Qualifications崗位要求:
1.?Minimum high school and skill training school education
高中及以上學(xué)歷
2.?Experience preferred but not necessary
具有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
3.?Able to handle and manage heavy loads.
吃苦耐勞,有責(zé)任心
Demobilized soldiers or relative graduates a plus
4.?退伍軍人或警/體校畢業(yè)生優(yōu)先
