1.Clean assigned guest rooms according to standards established by the hotel.? It involves, but not limited to, making the bed, dusting the room and furniture, replenishing guest room and bath supplies, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the carpet.
根據酒店制定的標準清潔指定的客房。它包括但不限于鋪床,打掃房間和家具,補充客房和浴室用品,清潔浴室,吸塵地毯。
2.Whilst cleaning the room, verify that all is in proper condition and order of functioning and reports to Supervisor any items that need?repair.

3.Clean corridors and floor public areas around guest rooms assigned.? Also maintain cleanliness of equipment and pantries.
清潔客房周圍的走廊和樓層公共區域。保持設備和食品儲藏室的清潔。
4.Keep informed of hotel product and service knowledge in order to answer guest questions.
了解酒店產品和服務知識,以便回答客人的問題。
5.Answer all guest questions / requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or if needed, refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle.? It may be providing information, giving an extra item such as a towel, etc.?

6.Write down on their assignment sheets relevant information for record purposes and possible future inquiries.? At the end of shift, report special attention guest, unusual situations, incidents that need follow up, to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.

7.Verify the physical status of room and updates Order Taker of any discrepancies found.

Job Requirements:?
任職要求:
1.Previous hotel-related experience beneficial.
有酒店相關工作經驗者優先。
2.Equivalent of Middle School Graduate preferable.
同等學歷,高中以上學歷優先。
