Stey’s assistant community manager is the #2 of the property incharge, he/she works closely with Community Manager to ensure the smoothoperation of the property. This role will not only have the responsibility tomake sure things are in order on a day to day basis (operation) , but equallyimportant, Assistant Community Manager is committed at fostering the vibrancyof the community (community building) , as well as promoting the project topotential customers (sales&marketing).

? Oversee smooth andpersonalized hospitality is provided to Steyers by community associates

? Understand every detail ofthe project and assist the community manager in overseeing, maintaining, andhandling procurement and other related tasks in the daily operations of thecommunity.

? Train junior team members,so that they can one day be as proficient at their job as you are.

? Build a close relationshipwith Steyers, this is achieved by knowing what they like and don’t like, theirpet peeves, so that they feel understood and pampered.

? Work with community managerto host different events, for the goal of enriching Steyer’s social experiencewith us and their attachment to the community.

? Actively promoting thecommunity to external parties whether it is an individual or a company, inorder to attract new Steyers as either long term tenants or hotel guests.

? Contribute to the socialmedia contents posted by Stey, such as providing materials for Wechat, Weiboand Instagram.

What arethe requirements to get a job like this?

? You have worked inhospitality industry with a customer-facing job for at least 3 years+.
您在酒店業從事前臺值班經理工作至少 3 年以上。
Extraordinary interpersonal skill and great personality,

? Ability to communicate inEnglish with a lot of confidence, we value verbal communication skill much morethan how proficient your grammar is.
