PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責

? Main responsible for all electrical and plumbing & drainage relevant work.
主要負責與電力管道以及排水方面有關的工作。
? Ensure all electrical apparatus are in good condition at all times.? The work includes repair pump panel power failure; water tank ball float valve etc.
確保所有的電力設備總是處于正常的工作狀態。工作包括水泵控制板的電源問題水箱的浮球閥等。
? Ensure all plumbing & drainage system are in good condition at all times.? The work includes unblock the pipe, repair leaking pipe, tap etc.
確保所有的管道以及排水系統總是正常工作。工作內容包括疏通管道修理漏水管道、水龍頭等。
? Carry out the routine inspection for all electric board, water supply system, drainage system and pipe duct room.
負責對所有的電源板供水系統排水系統等進行例行檢查。
? Ensure all maintenance work is carried out under work safety procedure.
確保所有的維護工作都安全地進行。
? Ensure all workplace is safety and specific requirements of the job.
確保所有的工作間都是安全的都符合工作的要求。
? Maintain carpenter shop in clean and tidy conditions
確保木工工作間的干凈、整潔。
? Liaise with Duty Engineer for all work related activities.
完成值班工程師所交付的所有與工作有關的任務。
? Follow up all daily maintenance requests from the Engineering Department in person, and report to Duty Engineer for any concern.
親自完成工程部要求的所有的日常維護工作如有任何問題報告給值班工程師。
? Perform the job task as assignment by Engineering Department.
完成工程部分配的工作任務。
? Perform shift duty as required.
按照值班表值班。
? Perform emergency duties when the situation arises.
發生緊急事件時應該按照規定履行職責。
? In the event of emergency, to assist Duty Engineer and follow his instruction to fulfill the emergency standard and procedure.
緊急事件發生時應該協助值班工程師按照值班工程師的指令執行酒店緊急事件應急標準及程序。

Education 教育學歷

工程專業或相關專業的初中或以上學歷。
