MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責(zé)
Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions. Assists the Pastry Chef in training team members. Participates in product development and in controlling the smooth operation of the kitchen.Prepares and cooks food in all areas of the kitchen as and when directed. Participates in the control of associates. Participates in team members' development Participates in the control of food quality, food taste, food presentation, and food requisition.
根據(jù)工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、備料單、照片及上級指示準(zhǔn)備食物,協(xié)助餅房廚師長培訓(xùn)員工。參與提高食品質(zhì)量,保證廚房運(yùn)作的順利進(jìn)行。當(dāng)接到指示時(shí)廚房的所有區(qū)域都要進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)。協(xié)助管理員工,為員工發(fā)展提供幫助,參與食物的質(zhì)量控制,提高產(chǎn)品的菜色和味道。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景資格
???????College degree or above, major in cooking is preferred
大專以上學(xué)歷,烹飪專業(yè)優(yōu)先
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作經(jīng)歷
???????Work experience in well - known international hotel brands is preferred.
擁有知名國際酒店品牌的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
???????At least one year experience as Pasty Kitchen CDP/Demi.
至少1年的酒店西廚房餅房主管/領(lǐng)班經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
???????Exposure to industry which required high service standard.
展現(xiàn)高水平的行業(yè)服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他專業(yè)要求
???????Food and Beverage culinary management experience with demonstrated leadership.
