Majorly focuses in lobby, supports Front Desk, Service Center, Executive Floor and Concierge during daily operation,also assists the management team in the daily managerial tasks for the Front Office, ensuring a seamless experience for the guest in all areas. Recognizes and maintains relationship with guests, also need solve guest complaint or request in a professional way.
值班經(jīng)理主要專注于大堂,同時(shí)為前臺(tái)、總機(jī)、行政樓層和禮賓部的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)提供工作支持,并通過(guò)協(xié)助管理層完成部門(mén)日常管理工作來(lái)確保客人在所有區(qū)域內(nèi)的體驗(yàn)。同時(shí)需要認(rèn)知和維護(hù)與客人之間的關(guān)系,并以專業(yè)的方式處理客人的投訴或要求。
Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
· Well patrol lobby, monitor all service in lobby within standard and polite way.
良好管理大堂區(qū)域,確保所有服務(wù)按照服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并禮貌有序。
· Master all emergency procedures and well handle crisis management.
掌握各種應(yīng)急程序,有效進(jìn)行各種危機(jī)處理。
· Management of the guest service experience / personalization.
確保個(gè)性化服務(wù)以提升客人體驗(yàn)。
· Professioal to handle guest complaints and record.
專業(yè)的處理賓客投訴并記錄匯報(bào)。
· Maintain the close relationship with guest and ensure the guest is satisfy consistently.
維護(hù)與客人之間親近的關(guān)系,確保客人始終如一的滿意。
· Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.
確保始終都有高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的個(gè)人形象和儀容儀表。
· Ensure wherever possible that colleagues are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimization.
確保提供給同事們一個(gè)沒(méi)有歧視、騷擾和危險(xiǎn)的工作環(huán)境。
Knowledge and Experience 知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
· Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
酒店管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科或?qū)?茖W(xué)歷
· Minimum two (2) years relevant experience in a similar position in a renown international hotel brand
在知名國(guó)際酒店內(nèi)從事至少兩年類似崗位的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
· PMS and Office software knowledge
熟悉并掌握Opera酒店管理系統(tǒng)和各類辦公軟件
· Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English
優(yōu)秀的中英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力
· How to manage guest experience, understands and can use reporting RPS, etc.
