黃山橫江灣凱悅酒店將于2024年第四季度開業
您的職責是在遵循凱悅酒店集團的企業戰略及品牌標準的前提下,保持所在部門的高效營運,并滿足員工、客人及酒店業主的期望。 通過適當的銷售和營銷計劃確定酒店在當地市場中的定位,并確保酒店產品和服務同營銷企劃所創建的定位及品牌承諾相一致。
【任職要求】
? 與酒店清潔公司和衛生署密切合作。
Work closely with the hotels nominated cleaning supplies and hygiene consultants.
? 監督餐務部和廚房的所有員工,確保他們遵守衛生條例。如有員工違反衛生條例,應向衛生檢疫經理匯報。
Supervise stewards and kitchen staff and ensures they are following all hygiene standards and practises. Any staff found to be working in an unhygienic manner should be reported to Hygiene Manager.
? 團隊協作,主動靈活待客,顧客至上,注重酒店的整體成功。
Work closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
? 定期檢查廚房和各餐廳的衛生,發現問題及時向衛生檢疫經理匯報。
Performs regular hygiene inspections in all areas of the Kitchen and food service areas and reports any wrong doings or areas of concern directly to the Hygiene Manager.
? 確保餐飲食品生產和服務的衛生。
Ensures the hygiene standard of Food and Beverage production and service within the Hotel.
? 與當地的衛生和健康機構緊密合作并協調與酒店和政府機構的相關事宜。
Works closely with the local Hygiene and Health authorities/ agencies and coordinates with all related matters that involve the Hotel and the authorities.
? 提供衛生管理建議,確保環境衛生。
Provides advice to the Management to ensure the environmental hygiene.
? 協助并確保充分落實酒店的有害物控制條例。
Coordinates and ensures the implementation of Pest Control programme in the Hotel.
? 與人力資源部緊密合作,以確保所有的員工參加身體檢查并獲得當地政府所要求的健康證。
Works closely with the Human Resources to ensure all associates attend the medical check and obtain the necessary Health Card as required by the local authority.
? 采取一切必要的行動以確保酒店通過衛生檢查并成功獲取酒店的衛生執照。
Takes all necessary actions to ensure the Hotel passes the Hygiene inspection and successfully obtains the necessary Hygiene License for the Hotel.
? 需要時,協調并協助人力資源部做好獻血活動。
Coordinates and assists the Human Resources in Blood Donation activities when necessary.
? 完全理解并嚴格執行酒店關于防火、衛生、健康和安全的制度。
To have a complete understanding and strictly adheres to the Hotel Policies & Procedures related to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
? 協助進修及培訓發展部做好與健康、衛生有關的培訓。
Assists the Learning and Development department in all training activities related to Health and Hygiene.
? 建立并落實廚房衛生標準。
Establishes and enforces sanitation standards for the kitchen.
? 與食品原材料的驗收部門密切合作,同時與供應商協調保證原材料運輸過程中的衛生(所有有關于供應商的衛生事宜應匯報給行政總廚方便其與物料部經理協調)。
Works closely with Materials and receiving in the Food receiving area the hotel and also interacts with suppliers about the way they deliver produce to the hotel (Any areas of concern about suppliers should be reported to the Executive Chef who should in turn act on this with the Materials Manager).

? 通過參與管理,根據酒店制度和程序以及相關適用法律,對所有廚務部員工進行緊密督導。
Through hands-on management, closely supervises the Culinary associates in the performance of their duties and ensures this is in accordance with policies & procedures and applicable laws.
? 協助進修及培訓發展部經理及部門培訓員,確保高效的健康、衛生培訓,使所有員工理解所有的衛生條例。
Ensures effective training programmes for associates in coordination with the Learning and Development Manager and their Departmental Trainers so all associates understand all Hygiene regulations.

Other Duties
? 按要求參加廚務部會議并更新衛生檢查結果。
Attends chefs meeting and updates team on random hygiene test results and best hygiene practices.
? 理解并嚴格遵守員工手冊中的規章制度,及酒店關于防火、衛生、健康和安全的制度。
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
? 確保高標準的個人形象和儀容儀表。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
? 按要求參加培訓及會議。
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
? 嚴格執行額外合理分配的任務和職責。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
